IHC Numbers - June

My PU and SU numbers have take quite a hit, but I am doing a lot better in terms of getting them back on track, so as I hold this pace steady I know I can get these back under control again.

My forms on the other hand have been abysmal and I constantly have to fight thoughts of "welp it was a good run, better than last year but there's no way you're making 1000 this year so better hang up the towel now". I am tempted to put out a forms challenge to the team to motivate me but that seems like a "sprint" solution and I need something more long term, so maybe I will issue a call for help to the team instead: at the end of each week (Midnight on Saturday) for the rest of July I will post how many forms reps I have done for the week trying to get at least 20 each for hand and weapon forms, please poke me if I am not doing this, or post your own numbers to motivate me.

Blogging: I know I have missed quite a few blogs but I am hesitant to count a total for the year so far, both because I don't want to pile on any more negative emotions which could potentially deter me further from getting back to regular blogging (hard to start when you know how much you have to do to even "break even" again) and because I know I did some extra blogs earlier in the year and I don't want that to give me wiggle room of "I have some extras in the bank I don't need to do one this week" in the future. I will try to track doing them on a weekly basis, but if I continue to to struggle I will get the concrete numbers. 

Fell quite behind on my more mental requirements again, particularly the Mastery project I am doing, and my 100 ways to say hello, but I want to acknowledge that I finally took steps towards some of my monthly goals, and I have a plan that allows me to still make progress on them, despite the fact that I have missed many of my "deadlines". I don't want to excuse it, but I also won't allow myself to drop them just because I missed the deadline, this just means I need to adapt my trajectory for them.
