Forms SOS

Since the first use of our new check-in tool, for self reporting our numbers, I have been thinking about how to make a change to my approach to doing forms. Every year since joining the team I have struggled with keeping my forms numbers on track. I think there is great value for me in the times when I am striving to get my numbers back on track, or at the very least to get them better than where they are currently sitting.

But I have always faced issues with doing the amount of numbers required, every day, every week, no matter how I break down the time it never feel sustainable for my approach to practicing forms. So I am making use of one of our greatest tools, this team.

If you could, please send me the details for how you each approach this requirement for 1000 repetition's for our hand forms, and 1000 repetition's for our weapons form.

I want to know what time of day you do them, how many are you doing at a time, where are you doing them, how are you are counting them, how do you ensure you’re practicing mindfully, all the things you do to fulfill this requirement.

I am then going to compile all this info and each week, randomly pick someone else’s way of doing things, try to the best of my ability to follow their approach, and at the end of this all, use this to help me find a better way to do my own forms.
